Celebrating its 8th Anniversary and the arrival of new chef Roberto in April, the has launched black pizza for all pizza lovers. They are the first one in Shenzhen who bring the new trend to Pizza. All ingredients are imported from other countries as they tend to keep the good flavour and present a fresh dish for every guest. Since 2014, the black pizza began its rise in Italy by chef Rumolo. He was awarded the world champion for Seasonal Pizza at the ‘Pizzaiulo’ competition.  It’s an innovation for all pizza makers. Black pizza has been well-known since then.

Using vegetable charcoal in the bakery products is something completely new. Vegetable Carbon is a kind of black powder that is mixed in with the flour when creating the pizza dough. The vegetable charcoal is added to the dough as a very small proportion. Approximately 20g per kg of flour is recommended. This gives it a pronounced black colour, which can enhance the chromaticity of the other ingredients. 

The black powder is one kind of activated carbon which helps your body to digest faster and detoxify your body. It's also good for people who can't eat gluten. However, the way of making the black pizza is just the same as any other pizza. Don't forget all standard pizzas are still available which have already won many awesome prizes and have been certified authentic by Italian government!
